The best way to place an order is by texting or calling our shop. You can send us inspiration photos, your event date, guest count, and any ideas you have. One of our artists will review your request and guide you through the design and ordering process.

We recommend placing your order at least 1–2 weeks in advance for custom cakes. Larger weddings and specialty designs should be booked even earlier. Since we accept a limited number of custom orders each weekend, reserving your date as soon as possible is always best. 

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We love using inspiration photos! While we don't make exact copies of another artist's work, we can create a cake inspired by the design while adding our own artistic touch.

Yes! Minor changes may be made before your final balance is due, depending on the stage of production. Once decorating has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Yes! We offer cake tastings by appointment for customers interested in ordering a custom cake, especially weddings and large celebrations.

Yes, we offer delivery for an additional fee based on your event location. Pickup is also available during business hours.

We do not offer gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free cakes. All of our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

We'll help you choose the perfect cake size based on your guest count. Just let us know approximately how many people you'll be serving.

Yes! We love creating cakes that match your party theme, invitations, color palette, florals, or décor. Feel free to send inspiration photos to help us bring your vision to life.

Absolutely! We offer cupcakes and sheet cakes individually as well as an add-on price while selecting a single tier or multiple tiered cake. 

We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards for in-store purchases. We also offer Zelle as a convenient online payment option. If you have any questions about payment methods, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Each cake is custom-made and your event date is reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
